The only other entity which has a similar business model mapped is UK-based Foodhub but there is a handful of B2B ordering SaaS solutions in the market.

What we will be doing differently is that the B2C component will have rewards/royalty engine making it also a preferred way to buy things online. Something in line with what Cred is doing for credit card payments

Digital transactions and data are the currency we will earn via the rewards engine which will enable us to make the platform valuable for advertisers and businesses.

The B2B component will be the revenue generator short term in the form of SaaS revenue from business owners who wish to take their business online.

Our solution would let them take orders in their own domains with a mobile-first approach. This means an app-less mobile ordering solution for business owners.

Every customer or transaction on the client system will create a mirror username in our B2C database with consent from users.

What’s the business model or how will we make money?

The growth in revenues of restaurant-to-consumer delivery orders mean restaurants need a commission-free solution that helps them take ownership of the channel and give better returns than giving 15-30% commission to the likes of Justeat.

Our initial audience customers or early adopters are fine dining restaurants or restaurant chains or hotels that already have a substantial online ordering income.

We will offer our free plan to smaller restaurants.
