The Gateway Hotel(a.k.a Hotel Taj) finally offers something that’s quite impressive with its quality & pricing. It’s like they have strike the right balance with this new “Deli” outlet.Impressive yet simple interiors and seating with a classy ambience the brand can offer, the place is worth all the drools.
I visited the place with my friend and was surprised to see the billing, compared to the things we ordered.Though the pastries are like puny in size, the food they serve has its standards. If you want to hangout with friends, there are of course better options in town. But if you want to take out your client/associate for a meeting, something official and less casual;Deli is the place to be.

Weekends at Oberon was always fun and the place filled with people, but now those days all seem far away. i was surprised to see the place empty on a weekend compared to how it normally is. The outlets/shops also have seen a drip in average sales. Now,what could be the reason ? i thought and rally found no answer.
Usually every weekends witnessed some events and entertainment but ever since they have shot up their atrium rentals i guess the event numbers has come down. May be the cinemax addition could change things. The other day the MC of the event was having a hard time to mobilize crowd which is something new for oberon mall.

I was very excited to be there at Gokulam ParK Inn to be with my friend Asif for the Pooja of his next movie,Apoorva Ragam:an anusual Love story, and …
The occasion was blessed with the presence of God’s & Goddesses of Film fraternity and also was an auspicious day for the director who celebrated 25 years in Film Industry,Sri.Sibi Malayil. I could hardly keep up with the people who attended the function but the celebration spirit at the venue was at its high that Sri.Nedumudi Venu even said that this is the first time a movie’s pooja has been done in such a manner.
The Cast include Nishaan(Ritu fame),Asif(Ritu fame) & Nithya(Kerala Cafe) and as the caption says the movie is an unusual love story. Seeing the still taken by Ace photographer Shaan itself portrays how the movie stands off from the ordinary.Seeing this picture (below) I mocked Asif asking if its remake of 3 idiots(LOL…).The movie is set for a single schedule shoot of 40 days in Ernakulam. Anyway wishing him all the very best and prayers…

Now I am not the Kind of people who like to revolt but finding some facts really shock the ‘Savage’ in me ! It all started with a curiosity behind the writing in all city buses common in Trivandrum,Cochin & even in Bangalore(In fact in all city buses that ply in all major cities). The well written logo that reads like this “#JnNurm“. Now i asked a lot of commoners on what that meant, everyone had a lot of unique guesses but in the end the curiosity kept me so thinking that I somehow remembered reading something about a National Urban scheme named after “Jawaharlal Nehru”.And then it all joined up and i just figured it out that I had my answer, but still curious about the correct abbreviation i Google’ d and found out some very happening as well shocking revelations which we all need to have a look at.
#JnNurm stood for

I was really happy to see all the projects under this scheme, but at the same time was shocked by the misery of different government bodies to utilize this scheme in time. You should really have a look at the status of the projects in Cochin for example:

This image may not be all that clear but you could check the status of different projects sanctioned by clicking the image above. Please do have a serious look and forward it to everyone who cares about their city, state and their country ! Wake up & get things done !
You can find another version of how the entire project has takes shape as of now here..
