I was surprised to see 150 seats nearly full for the 10:15 pm show,but then like they say “Kochi pazhe kochi alla”#mallu was nearly proven in the context(meaning Cochin is not like olden days now).Cinemax as expected came up to a very reasonable pricing that would attract the “Aam Aadmi” of our city. comparing with other metros,the rates here starting from 80 and to a maximum for 200 for gold class sounds pretty affordable and attractive to me and i am sure its the same for everyone who enjoys luxury & convenience.
The late night show is at 10:15 pm and it ensures that people who work late night can now take a time out with their family anytime they want.But what i did not enjoy was the cafeteria,ok now that is it a mutilplex they tend to charge you exorbitant rates for food. Fine with me ! But they should also give good quality stuff.
I am not at all happy with the coffee they serve @ Rs.35 nor the food there.
Anyway what i loved about the place is the ambience and I think the place is worth it. Plush interiors and a decently designed sound system adds to it. In all I would give cinemax cochin a thumbs up !
