I have been to Trivandrum a couple of times but this time I stayed for 3 days and was on the look out to find out some really cool hangouts here in the city. They Trivandrum is like no where in terms of entertainment or social activity,I hoped that I myself would not end up with the same opinion and to an extent so far its been convincing for me that its not all that gloomy here.
Well @shrutikutu too joined me in this effort,My main agenda was to get tie-ups for @smiley_card since we’re launching it here next week. Anyway,I just thought I will pen down my last two days,God ! what am I saying..I meant blog down..LOL
Now I love Biriyani and ever since i have come to Trivandrum I never had the privilege of having a good one until I found this new place called Flavors @ Thycaad. And I have fallen in love with this place for they serve really yummy food there.Trust me everyone should try the Biriyani & Appam-Stew combination…. really hot stuff.
Now the menu has some really exotic selections,even though the pricing might look little hefty,@smiley_card gets you 10 % discount there.But anyway what I would say is,Pricing is not a pinch since quality and quantity wise its too good.And the ambiance is simply cute and cosy,you can see a formal review here.
Next place I found is Purple Lounge,the only dedicated pub in Trivandrum and I must say the place is simply awesome and pricing wise is really cool. I have written a formal review in TrivandrumBuzz.com.
Its the first place I fell in love once I got to Trivandrum and been there a lot of times. And now its one of my clients,which makes it more interesting.

Trivandrum is more happening in terms of activities. From my personal views, trivandrum has some event or the other happening every week unlike cochin where arts and culturals are pretty rare. but yes, Party zone is just getting warmed up for bigger things ahead.
